What are the benefits of online booking?

The biggest benefit of online booking is….you never have to wait! Book with your favorite Beauty Artist on the day and time that works for you. Your Ziba account also entitles you to exclusive promotions and discounts. You can opt to receive these via email and/or SMS.

How do I create my Ziba Beauty account?

Creating an account with Ziba is easy. First, select the Ziba Beauty studio you plan to visit. Then click “Book Online” and allow the system to walk you through account creation. You will be asked for your full name, email address, and phone number. If you choose not to create an account online we can create one for you in the studio.

How do I sign up for special discounts and promotions?

When you create an online account you are automatically opted-in to special discounts and promotions. If you do not want to receive email from us you can unsubscribe, or adjust the communication preferences within your account. We also communicate with our clients via SMS (text) but you must opt-in. You will have the opportunity to opt-in to SMS after your first service.

What if I don’t see my favorite Beauty Artist in the online scheduler?

The online scheduler only shows available Artists and times. If you don’t see your Beauty Artist that means her schedule is already full, or she is not working that day. Feel free to call the studio or walk-in.

Do I have to pay online?

No, you will pay in the studio after your service.

How do I book services for multiple people?

The online system only allows clients to book one appointment at a time. If you are booking for someone who is over 18, we encourage you to share the online booking URL with your guest so he or she can create a profile and book the appointment. If that is not agreeable, or if your guest is a minor, book all services under your name

How do I book multiple services?

Multiple services must be booked one at a time. We’ve asked our technology partner to consider a more streamlined workflow.

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

You must call the studio to change or reschedule your appointment. We request all cancellations or changes be made a minimum of 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

Can I book same day appointments?

Yes, but you must book 2 or more hours in advance of the desired time. For example, if it is 12PM, the earliest you can book online is 2PM. If you cannot wait 2 hours you can walk-in at any time, and you’re more than welcome to call the studio to see if there is a wait.

What if I don’t have a preferred Beauty Artist, or have never had services at Ziba?

Fantastic, all of our Beauty Artists are great! Simply select “First Available” and we’ll assign a Beauty Artist to you.
