The place is very clean and they never double dip into the wax. The wax is also very easy to remove with water and does not require oil to remove. I just had SUCH an amazing experience here! They’re located on the second floor of the center that they’re located in, and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted, check in was so easy, and I was helped within 2 minutes! S.K. asked me what I was looking for, and shaped my brows. She definitely listened to me and cared that I liked my brows. My sisters wedding is in two days so it was important that my brows turned out well. She did suuuch a great job!! When I checked out, the girls at the counter where so nice and understanding when I was mentally frazzled (putting the ticket in my purse and inserting my card into the machine backwards ‍10/10 would recommend and I’m certainly going back!
