Priti is amazing. She knows EXACTLY how I like my eyebrows.. aside from that she’s thoughtful and careful not to cause any extra pain. I’m kinda a baby when it comes to threading but she’s gentle and does an excellent job. Also Ziba in general I think is great. The front desk people are always friendly, kind, and helpful. If you going during peak time expect to wait.. but it’s worth it.

Trying to find an eyebrow goddess was hard, until I walked into Ziba today and met the Goddess her self. Priti is amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went over and beyond. I went from having McDonald’s brows to the straight arched brows I been trying to achieve. Mind you this was my first time with her. She really took the time to ask me what I wanted instead of just winging it like other places. Go see Priti, trust me you will not regret it.

Ziba is amazing, They helped give my brows my dream shape! They are the best! I’ve been having them help restore them for about 2 months now and I can’t believe the results they hava achieved.

I know all of us are afraid to get our eyebrows done wrong or feel pain when removing any hair. I love this Ziba because everytime I go, even when I try a new lady, they shape my eye brows just how I ask and make them look even better than what I thought. Everytime! The staff is very welcoming and cleanliness is their priority, which is important to me.

All the associates that work here are super nice! I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience and I’ve tried several technicians. Priti is one of my faves! They are super accommodating when I go with my baby and the hours are a plus since it’s in the mall and open late!
