Each moment we have is a chance to stay over, to be the person you know you can be. I take the mornings as my chance to create a day that is joyful, full of gratitude, and one of being in service. It is easy to get lost in to do lists, worries and wishing others to be a certain way. Yet, we are here on a journey that is personal to us. So instead of wanting things to be a different way, now is the chance to make it so.
Remember, gratitude forces us to slow down and be present which leads us mindfulness. Each of these steps are necessary if you wish to make positive changes in your life. Wishing it were so is not only not helpful, but a nice way to distract ourselves. So make today, a day of gratitude. Start your weekend right!
